I just got tickets for James Taylor when he plays Portland, OR, later this summer. Anybody know if Jimmie is the touring bassist again? I'd hoping like hell he is, I'd love to hear him live. |

Steve Gadd (drums), Jimmy Johnson (bass), Michael Landau (guitar), Luis Conte (percussion), Larry Goldings (keyboards), Andrea Zonn (fiddle) and Arnold McCuller and Kate Markowitz on backing vocals. |

Back in the '70s Steve Gadd was one of my favorite drummers. |

Ditto for me: Steve is great! His work with Paul Simon and Steely Dan are particular stand-outs. |
