I saw this early video on you tube yesterday and taking into account the camera perspective he looks like a giant either that or he works with short musicians. :-)

However when I met him very briefly after his gig in London a few years back he seemed shorter than I expected him to be.

So do you have any idea on how tall he actually is?

Judging from his body in relation to the size of his bass I would say he's well over 6 feet tall! I'm 5' 11" & my SCSD doesn't look nearly that small in my hands!

He's definitely over 6 feet by at least a couple of inches based on the few time we've met.

I shook his hand at that gig jazzy and it was huge so if everything is in proportion i'd say he's at least 7'6" :-)

I always have to laugh. SC is certainly a 'full grown man', and yet plays that slap style on shaved necks not much bigger than a broom stick, yet you see all these posts about guys having to have these w-i-d-e fingerboards so they'll have room to slap. Takes all kinds to make a world, I suppose.
