Finally found my favorite Morning Dew. 7/19/89 at Alpine Valley. A most righteous Dew indeed…great guitar work, soulful singing. What more could you ask for? You know, it's funny. I've got my Tiger and Lightning Bolt replicas, my Alembics and Scott Walker. People who see them say "wow, you must really like the Dead." My answer has always been…"I've always loved Jerry's guitars, but was never really into the music." This app has made me realize that there are at least 30 Dead tunes that I really like. And that's not including any of their covers. I can't think of another artist that has 30 songs I like. Guess the bottom line is that I really do like the Grateful Dead.
