I just clicked on this link from my FaceBook feed. Wasn't really paying attention, then I thought "My, that's a very articulate bass revealing really articulate playing" Upon further examination: Alembic (and a really phenomenal player) strikes again. |

Oh , yes ! This guy can play! NOW ___ my next question! We can see he is playing an Alembic__BUT what is the fingerboard ? IS it epoxy coated ebony or other finish over wood? OR is it a synthetic fingerboard ? I need to know ! lol ____ |

Thanks Flip ____ I would like to do that on an Alembic as well. I have a Pedulla Buzz 4 with that kind of fingerboard and two custom Fender types with coated fingerboards BUT I really miss the Alembic electronics and pickups on those instruments. |
