Just about to leave to spend Christmas Eve with my in-laws in Newark, then back home for Christmas morning. A little bit of driving and the weather is mostly cooperating, just started to drizzle.

No matter what you celebrate, I hope each of our Alembic Club members has a happy and safe celebration filled with music and love and joy.

We'll be back to work on Monday!

Merry Christmas y'all from Tennessee. We're about to head to our Christmas eve service followed by country style ribs on the grill cooked with cherry wood.

May your holidays be awesome!!!

Yes Indeed, Merry Christmas + Happy New Year from Nashville to everybody.

I'm backwards to Stephen: I made beef enchiladas this afternoon/evening, and am off to Midnight Mass later. I'd eat ribs cooked over cracked plywood, but if I have my druthers, pecan rules (I'm afraid my East Texas roots are showing . . . ). And if it's brisket slow-cooked over pecan, I'd just about walk barefoot over hot coals to help myself.

So to Ron and Susan and Mica and Mary and all the crew at Alembic, All the Best and Season's Greetings !

A very Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays to our Alembic family at the Mothership, and to our Alembic Club family right here! Best wishes for 2015 to everyone! Joey, I could go for that slow-cooked brisket over pecan wood anytime!

Peace...
