I just ordered an Accugroove "Wedgie" speaker cabinet - http://www.accugroovellc.com/#!wedgie/crn5 Have any of you played through one of these or any other Accugroove cabinet? What are your thoughts on them? [fixed the link] (Message edited by adriaan on March 21, 2015) |

They were shut-down for several years, but are now back up and running. I have an El-Whappo Jr... couldn't be happier with it. The tone is uncolored and very "tight and focused". I'm thinking about adding a 115L. The cabs are expensive, but a great compliment to an Alembic. |

Thanks for the report Mike! I spoke to the founder of the company, Mark Wright, for about an hour on the phone & was very impressed with his answers to my questions & details of their cabinets. I currently use a Fender Rumble 350 tilted back on a stand like a monitor, so the Wedgie will be perfect for my setup & take up less room on stage & it is less than half the weight of the Rumble. Since getting my Series II Europa I want a speaker box that will reproduce the entire range of tone the bass is capable of. Thanks for fixing the link Adriaan! I tried to fix it but couldn't. |

I got my Wedgie cabinet & it sounds amazing! Full punchy bottom end & crystal clear highs that could shatter glass! Mike, I couldn't be happier too! |
