Hi there,

long time no see ...huh well ..."see".
For those who are lon enough on the club to remember: my son Joost didn't went to the US for filmschool finally but went to the European Film College in Ebeltoft Denmark near Arhus. Please take a peep at www.efc.dk
Anyway ...thanks to my friends in this club who helped him on this in giving good advice and helping aiming the bow for his future. THis is not only a bass club, it is a personal club.

Another thing: I KNOW some of the friends liking beer here (Paul the good one, Paul the fake one, Paul the john one, Paul the AHA one ...and ALL those fine people I banged empty beer bottles on tables back in those early club-era yelling "pictures-pictures").
So ...I discovered this http://www.ommegang.com/index.php?mcat=12
at your side of the pond with some very pleasing news and -in a way- doing honour to this eeny-teeny-weeny country I live in.
"Enjoy" I should say and drink in good health.

Paul the bad one

well ...euh ...the old bad one (TOBO)

BTW: you DO use an alembic to make artisanal beer.

Paul,
I've actually have trid one or two of their products and found them to be pretty good. I thought I had seen somewhere that they are affiliated with Duvel but I could be wrong.

Paul,
I was beginning to get worried that something had happened to you! I drove through Cooperstown twice in the last six weeks and didn't know I could have stopped for beer. Now I know! Glad Joost is liking school (he IS liking it, isn't he?).

Hi friends,

good to be able to thinking of old friends again!!
Yes John ...I think he is liking it. He started last week monday and ...well ..he WAS homesicj and I got him on the phone nearly to tears. He IS sensitive (like me BTW).
I gave him Broomstick as a companion and ordered a second hand small KORG tuner and pocket size (REALLY pocket) amp from Edwin who will have sended it to him.
I am waiting for news right now.
I keep you posted and hope to be back soon.

And Paul the john one, and Paul the silent one (with that GORGEOUS Series II guitar ...you know ...the thing with those 6 thin strings ...)
And there are other new Paul's here that I didn't met yet!
As I always thought ...it's a breed from outer low frequency space!!!

Paul the bad one

It remebers me the time that in a threat someone said "the pauls are coming".
A brother asked "...what is a paul????"
Hehehehehehe ...
a Paladin of the Alembic Using League???!!!

Truth be told, more Pauls is a good thing. I'd hate to see this site inundated with "Less Pauls" (nyuk, nyuk).

Bill, tgo, tnpo (the not paul one)

Paul the John one hasn't gone away....

Paul TGO... you still growing your own beer?

We must try to make Paul TFO's gig in Chelmsford or somewhere near there and sample some mass produced brew.

I'll have to find that other thread now!!!

JP, I just chucked my equipment. It was in need of replacement and I needed the space. I will replace it in a while, then the brewing will begin again!
