Anyone know who's in the band? I called Yoshi's around noon, and all they could tell me was, two keyboards (to be announced) and a drummer (noted in illegible handwriting, but probably Ron something). Whatever, my guess is this will be an electric performance, so maybe you'll have a chance of seeing the 30th anniversary special. I think I'm going to hold out for an upright performance, but have a great time. And Rory - great to hear you're feeling well again, we've been thinking of you. -Bob |

Hey Bob Thanks for the kind thoughts. I am not sure who will be in the band but I am sure they will be excellent musicians. As far as Stanley and his acoustic bass he in the past has always done an acoustic piece or two but don't hold me to that. Anyway a great place to see a master. Rory |

According to his website, the current lineup is: Mads Tolling - Violin Charles Haynes - Drums Ruslan Sirota - Keyboards And the current band tour, including the Yoshi's dates, is listed on the site. However, I have no idea whether or not the information on the band members is current. |

That's the lineup I saw in Las Vegas this past Winter. They were really very good, especially Charles Haynes. Stanley played both an Alembic (not the Dragon's Breath) and an acoustic upright - he was amazing and really f***ing loud. Tom |
