I already have my tickets for the 8:00 show on the 5th. I called Yoshi's around noon, and all they could tell me was, two keyboards (to be announced) and a drummer (noted in illegible handwriting, but probably Ron something). Whatever, my guess is this will be an electric performance, so maybe you'll have a chance of seeing the 30th anniversary special. I think I'm going to hold out for an upright performance, but have a great time. I am not sure who will be in the band but I am sure they will be excellent musicians. As far as Stanley and his acoustic bass he in the past has always done an acoustic piece or two but don't hold me to that. Anyway a great place to see a master. They were really very good, especially Charles Haynes. Stanley played both an Alembic (not the Dragon's Breath) and an acoustic upright - he was amazing and really f***ing loud. Tom
