kev- sorry but they did not allow even cameras inside,
was an excellent show.David Nelson was a neat surprise. A little too many gazintas in the first set in my humble opinion. As val said- was that one song or 5>?
lol
great crowd.
The highlight as am sure many now know, Jerry's wolf guitar made an appearance for the not fade away. Barry Shless did it justice to the max.
What was really cool? when shless went to put wolf down- a roadie came right over picked it up in his left hand and cradled it with his right.
Looked just like the stanley cup - w.o gloves.
real good vocals too=-
my advice?
get a ticket! if you havent already.

Nice to see the Wolf in action! It's pretty cool that the current owner is letting so many people play it.

A while back there was an announcement on Phil's site about Phil Lesh University and a chance to play the Godfather. Anyone know what became of that?

Oh my...
What a lovely idea! My Guild sadly sits in the closet, waiting for the funds for a refurb. She holds some sweet memories of the 70s. "memories so thick you can choke on them".

It nearly brought a tear to my eye when I noticed Barry Sless gently cradling "Wolf" for "Not Fade Away". I realized I hadn't seen it live for around 30 years! Bimbos was a delightfully small venue to see P&F.

Especially when it had Jerry's 9 fingers attached to it.
