I am thinking about going to the Gerald Veasley Bass Bootcamp: http://www.geraldveasley.com/bassbootcamp/index.htm Any of you ever go or know anything about it? I am an intermediate player who plays for his own amusement, it seemed like a cool way to expand my horizons a little. Comments and blank stares are welcome. |

Taking some lessons from a proffesional working bassist who is a good teacher if you want to get some new perspectives, expand your abilities etc. can never hurt. I've heard of Gerald Veasley, but don't know much about him, lately I've been relying on magazines, books and videos for learning things........I'd love to go back to taking lessons on a regular basis with the right teacher, but being in 3 bands, and a day job leave me with little time for much else these days............if I had the time and $$$ I'd love to go and take lessons from all of the above and quite a few others players......
