This is a photo friendly board. Does anyone have a favorite from '05? Mine is this 'height challenged' illusion photo of Mike and Dean at NAMM, with Bob's comment "Does that amp come with a remote?" |

Actually, that is not an illusion. Ampeg really made that giant one off SVT for that Namm show .I believe it had something like 32 tens in that box and weighed an outrageous amount. |

Are you sure Ampeg made just the one? I've seen photos of one with a 'sparklier' speaker cloth, like the Hiwatt amps, at Manny's in NY. I think they're basically 2 300W SVT's stuck together and a few cones to move the air with!! Ben |

I seem to recall reading in like Bass Player or one of those mags that Ampeg made 2 of those behemoths for shows etc. Guess you'd need to hire the Hulk as a roadie. G |
