Today is our big local election day with state (TN) and national primaries. As I was standing in line to vote today, I ran into one of my old band mates from the early '80s. (one of my transiton bands where I taught them rock appreciation and they showed me Bluegrass/folk/old, old country licks and songs.) We discussed another guy in that particular band who could literally play the neck of anything with strings. We may all get back together and try it again. You never know what benefits will come your way while voting! |

Well, election day in Tenn. has come and gone and there were plenty of winners and losers.....as it is in life. Being a political junky I find the system flawed, fascinating and full of surprises..... |

David, You'll find this interesting. Where I work we had two associates become US citizens this past Tuesday. As I congratulated one he pumped his fist in the air and said Now I can Vote! bracheen |
