When I want to insert a smiley in a message and use the Special Characters, I get the following message:

Error
Formatting Error
The special character does not exist

Funny thing is: it's showing the smiley that 'doesn't' exist in this message...
When I go to Images, Attachments, and Clipart
and click on (see index) there are smileys which will work...
Am I wrong or does this need to be updated?

Cheers!
F.C.

:-(,K , :-)
If I type \ ch{:-)} without the spaces and do a preview, I get :

Error

Formatting Error

The special character :-) does not exist.
But here it says to type it that way...

Ahhh ... I see. It's interesting that in the error message saying the character doesn't exist they show the clipart version.

This one K apparently still works. My guess is that the character set for the particular font being used by the software doesn't contain some of the special characters being referenced in the chart. Perhaps it's only a problem with certain browsers; maybe those characters work in other browsers.
