Michael:

Congrats on making Custom of the Month! An instrument truly worthy of the mantle for September.
Now go order some coffee cups!

Seriously though very nice instrument, I’m envious.

That is just awesome! I got so excited I hit the close window button instead of back and had to relaunch my browser. Congratulations on a beautiful instrument.

That pistol grip looks amazing on that full size balance body. I'm thinking maybe one of these in a guitar...hmmmm.

My nephew is a lefty bass player (and guitar player) who is right now in basic training with the U.S. Army. I'm going to tell him about this custom Alembic. He will love it!

Thank you one and all! I am enjoying every moment with this bass. It is truly a dream come true. I thought long and hard about the wood combinations and with help from Valentino and everyone at Alembic, we were able to bring this wonderful instrument to life!

Michael,
That neck demands close inspection, I would imagine everyone doing double takes once they get close enough to see it. The body is gorgeous as well.
Congratulations

Mike, You're right, everyone who sees it comments about the neck. I thought long and hard about the laminate arrangment and then suddenly I had one of those AH HA! moments, you know what I mean? I knew then that it was the right choice.
