I was told she was ill and on her way home at that time; however, after a pause in the discussion, Mica took the time to assist me with my questions. I felt as if I were part of the family rather than a case number to be shelved until someone could get in touch with me. You all have been truely remarkable and I'd like to say Thank You and wish Mica a speedy recovery.
