Don't you think this is a bit of a strange auction?

I wonder if the people at Alembic like this kind of association.

Cheers

Spam on eBay, it's all over that site now. I contacted the seller last night about this listing, he emailed back, "not a problem oversight will fix.kiko" but I noticed they are still listed today.

eBay is really going to have deal with this larger spam issue. I know quite a few users that are so fed up with these listings they have stopped buying and selling on eBay entirely.

I dont like the spam on Ebay, but they have the site set up very nicely to work around most things like that post. You can choose the way you want to list the items you are looking for and in my experience the spam is usually listed under very low dollar amounts so if you list high to low you can usually just stay away from the spam.

Ive never found it a huge problem. I really like Ebay a lot. Ive found probably hundreds of products on there that I would not have been able to find on my own in my area or in the Internet through other sites. Being a collector of books and music, Ebay is really just priceless.

I think though, that ads such as the one listed in this thread should be taken down. I couldnt make much sense of what that person was even selling.

As of today, the above-listed item now comes up as an "Invalid Item"...so, that's one down.
