Hello, Terry and happy half-a century to you!

Another 1957 model, I see. (I'll be turning 50 on 7-5-07). In the Bible we are told that every 50th year is the 'Jubilee Year' – a very special time. That is how I am going to look upon the occasion. I will soon be joining you in that 'much deserved and well-earned' celebration!

I am certain you look on your life, and experiences, fondly and think of all the glorious, wonderful moments you have enjoyed and, of course, all of those to come. May you have a wonderful day, week and enjoy to the fullest the rest of your long, 'Wonderful LIfe'. God Bless!

(I see you posted in two locations. Twice the angst, huh?)

Don't give up, Terry.
I'll be turning 56 this fall and I've been in three of my personal best bands since the turn of the century (now there's a wierd sounding statement). :-)

P.S. Happy Birthday!

Thanks for the greetings, better than the alternative..I totally agree as I have had a few personal losses in the last 6 years.
2 x 25..hmm, sounds good..which I had the body of a 1 x 25.
Pizza..unfortunately looking at my bass rest..it needs to be trimmed a little as the ravages of too many post gig meals are taking it's toll!
Anyway thanks for all the greetings and I have repeated this with all the gifts I got on my birthday over on 'Alembic Basses & Guitars' section.
Well it's only a number isn't it???????????????
