For those of us not fortunate to have folks to jam with regularly, where is the best place - if any - to find backing tracks (preferably minus guitar)?

Hi Jonathan, I'm not sure where to find the tracks you are looking for. Have you tried any of the recording software titles like Cubase along with VST instuments to create your own backing tracks. I have experimented with MIDI and VST's then record live guitar and bass. You can come up with some nice tracks that may fill the void.
