We managed to get tickets to see Stanley at Jazz Alley tonight. Serious kudos to Jazz Alley- admission is free for children under 12, so we brought our kids.

We're anxiously awaiting the start of the show.

I saw Dennis with Santana a couple of years ago. The man is a MONSTER. He and Stanley? WOW! I'm jealous, Bradley.

Second set. First was so good, we decided to stay.

Did I mention that Dennis Chambers was off the hook?

The show was wonderful. All of the musicians were top notch: the violin and piano players were young (30 and 27, respectively), and extremely talented.

Stanley and Dennis were great, as you might expect.

After the show, my daughter really wanted to get her picture taken with Stanley, but we missed him before he went in the back. My wife pleaded with someone from jazz alley, and they went to ask him. He invited us back to take some pictures. Very cool, and he certainly made for a happy little girl.

That was a religious experience. Seriously.
