Check him out, he´s the craziest bassplayer I ever heard. He probably playes a 5 string model with a high c-string. His phrasing is just unreal on a upright bass. How did Edgar Myer do that? Simple answer: great talent, practising like a mofu and a lot of creativiy in solving of technical problems, do you know his recordings of the cellosuites? better than with some famous cellists because he plays with a lot of taste.
