Mica and Mary, I wish to publicly acknowledge you as two of the most beautiful people on the planet. You have helped me far beyond what I could have ever expected. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. I am not at liberty to give details here, but suffice it to say Alembic is truly the great company we all Knew it to be. I now better understand the fierce loyalty of the other Alembic owners. May God bless you. |

Ain't it the truth, but I feel Susan and Ron deserve a mention too. |

No slight intended to anyone at Alembic, just that Mica and Mary dealt with my issue personally. I have much love for everyone at Alembic. |

I've had similar experiences with Mica and Mary. Among the kindest, most sympathetic and generous people I've ever met. Thank you so much for caring. Your friend always, Rami |

The clan Wickersham began enriching my life with my first custom order in 1986. Always going the extra mile to make everything right. (sometimes 2 or 3 and uphill ta boot!) |

we tug and we pull and sometimes we bark but at the end of the line. quality and customer satisfaction reign supreme. no one knows this better than I based on having one instrument go back for refinishing and having another be totally remade at their expense to correct an error in the most professional friendly manner is something more companies should focus on. needless to say when the %%%% hits the fan, one gathers more bees with honey than vinegar. |

Have to agree with mcrracer. When I had a problem 7 years ago when I bought my Series 1, Mary did all she could, and then passed me to Mica. Another time, I was passed directly to RON! We spoke for ages and they were soooooo helpful, even though I was scared to even remove the back cover plate at the time. (still am a bit!!) The whole Clan are "Simply the Best!!" George |
