Does anyone have any vintage Dolan's?
...I'm tempted ,something is holding me back.

maybe cuz I know it's not a Grate deal, just a reasonable price(something something about the weight of gold is the same as lead)

"it's alot to play a lead guitar all night long"

pardon my ramblings...it's gettin late and things are getting stranger

...is there a peace sign emoticon? :-)

I played an old one, probably 70's or 80's, that was at a shop in San Rafael a couple of years ago. Very Alembic-like as far as the woodwork, but, IIRC, the electronics were pretty much run-of-the-mill. It seemed like a nice guitar, but the shop owner kept insisting it was an Alembic and wanted in excess of $3000 for it, which I felt was way too much.

That's definitely not the one I played. That one was more standard shaped. The one above appears to be influenced by Irwin's "Tiger". As such, if would date this one in the 80's, as Tiger debuted in August, '79. Cool looking ax - is it yours?
