Joe, First off, from one veteran to another, thanks for your service. Second, there is no such thing as friendly fire. Third, keep your head down, and always remember that most of the time, cover is better than most other options. Fourth, 1st Cav or 4th ID? Fifth, when in doubt, empty your magazine. Finally, if there's anything you need, let us know. I've been there myself, and know what tough duty it can be. If you need anything, gives us a shout and I'll lead the effort to make it happen.
