Made the apple and pumpkin pies last night, rum cake was first thing we did today. Turkey is in the oven along with the traditional Portuguese stuffing. The rest of the family will be here in a couple of hours. Looking forward to this day of thanks and family. And I give thanks for every precious moment we share on this earth. For those of you in countries other than the US, today was Thanksgiving Day here; a national holiday; a day we set aside just to give thanks. I am thankful to all of you for this community. I am thankful to everyone at Alembic for crafting my bass, and for providing this space for us to be together. And I am thankful for the amazing experience of being on this planet, on this day.
