Sad news, he was featured on BBC4's series Prog Britannia playing his acoustic through an Echoplex, old technology but was very innovative in it's day. Solid Air is still a great album | ||

Such sad news.The way he made his guitar sing you gently to sleep one minute and sound a four minute warning with it the next.He used that unique voice to do much the same thing.Grace And Danger indeed.I'm attending a jam night tonight and when I get home I'll be cradling a single malt and listening to 'Small Hours' and his beautiful take on 'Somewhere Over The Rainbow'. He was also on their Guitar Heroes programme last week amongst such luminaries as Hendrix, gallagher and Fripp. Bet he was pleased to see the company he was keeping. Graeme | ||
