Just got an ~80-ish Walter Woods MI 100-8 and am hoping that some kind soul can scan/email/post the manual. I'd be glad reciprocate with a copy of the folded up schematic I found inside the case. (VERY glad it was folded paper clunking and not something that shook loose in transit). Funny thing, fresh out of the box, it wouldn't respond to my jap-fender PJ on either channel until I plugged in my Alembic. Now it answers to all my instruments. (Must be the "Oh-No-You-Di`ent" Bozo Discriminator Circuit)

Hey Roy, What is it you want to know about the Woods? The mono/stereo switch only affects the preamp out jacks (mono if you want to sum the two preamp outputs before an FX loop, or stereo if you want to keep them separate). The only other secret is the switch to change the amp to 220v which is hidden between the heat sink fins... I might have a "manual" if one even came with the amp - but I'm away from home for a few weeks... Jimmy J |
