Olie, when I saw the title of this thread I thought it would be about the amount of money my fellow band member played for in our first paying combo....

....In my first gig bands I likely did not make a quarter an hour by the time you factor playing, being your own set up and tear down roadie, blah, blah,...would have been a good name for my first band and very appropriate...

Playing for Change

"Here you go, a quarter an hour" if that...
