Is there a more moderately priced option to a Gibson SJ 200? I love everything about that model (Super Jumbo, Spruce top, Maple back/sides); but since my guitar skills are limited, I'm really not interested in spending $3500+ on an acoustic guitar. It sounds just as good as the Gibson (maybe better?) and it has an ebony fingerboard (which the Gibson doesn't). I've recorded 1 song with it... I was able to track it "flat". I love the Guilds...I owned one of the acoustic basses I think it was a B50 with the large full body and arched back...it's the ONE I regret selling off. It was fantastic sounding...very woody and fat. I also owned for many years a beautiful JF30.
