Soap. Yes, I was in the grocery store yesterday and had bar soap on my shopping list. I noticed Dove for men and thought I'd give it a try.

Wow, smells great and though I didn't notice at first, it's laminated. Seriously, it looks like something out of the Alembic factory! I was thinking of my bass the entire time I was showering this morning!

I can't wait to shower again!

On a similar note...maybe...I found myself looking through the rack of Oak toliet seats trying to find the best grain. Holding them up to the light to see how the diffusion is and looking for the best aligned laminates. Oh the Alembic influence.

How much for a cocobolo laminate over flame maple seat? Madness...

Somehow, I think if Mica/Susan/Ron and crew decided to make designer toilet seats out of scrap wood, they'd sell every one ... ;-) Would give a whole new meaning to the phrase, "sitting on the throne ...."

Yeah - but I'll pass on the BTC seat.

I understand not wanting the point, but requesting the Omega cutout just seems like bragging.
