I'm probably buying this head tomorrow. (90% sure) It's advertised as being the exact same as the regular Little Mark III head except it's 500 WTS at 8 OHMS and 800 WTS at 4 OHMS rather than 300 WTS at 8 OHMS and 500 WTS at 4 OHMS. Anyone on the forum use Markbass heads or combos? This is class D all the way, no tube and considering their advertising feedback from owners who own the standard powered (500WTS at 4 OHMS) Little Mark heads and combos should still apply. They say the only difference between the two amps is power not sound or features. All feedback, opinions and information is appreciated.

I use a Markbass combo with two 10s, plus another cab with two more 10s. I like it for the gigs I do..

I have a MarkBass Mini CMD 115 combo which is fantastic. I have a matching MarkBass 15" cab which would unleash the full 500w but never need it. I use an Alembic Orion 4 which is superb. Glynn

I got it tonight and bought a new GK 4X10 cab. I have a 2X10 cab already so I'm running 6X10 at 4 ohms pushing 800 WTS RMS. HOLY CRAP!!!!! As advertised the bass sounds almost uncolored by the amp and talk about punch and headroom!! I love it!! Can't wait to bring it on a gig in a few weeks. Depending on need I may be able to run 500TWS with just the GK and run 4X10s but I'll bring it all on the 1st gig with it so I can experiment with different wattage and speaker combos.
