Cable vs. Sat T.V.

You have to have an unobstructed view of the southern sky, as I recall. We tried to get satellite, but the dish would have been mounted in a very inconvenient place and we would have had a bunch of wires running along the side of the house. We went with cable. The cable has a lot of free "on demand" programming. Very cool. No complaints. I use A T & T Uverse (digital cable) for TV, Internet and land line phone ( I could have added cellular service as well). It's all on one bill. Check the vendors in your local area for package deals. I know when thunderstorms are forming when it starts its reboot . . . I'm considering the AT+T Uverse or a similar layout from ComCast to get around that and as Dada said, have just one bill. Over the air High Definition is much less compressed than any I've seen on cable or satellite.
