oh my look at that that is very very pretty it may be my favourite custom yet im bias cause its an epic but ah well i love the chrome hardware and think the upgraded electrics sound like they will be awsome i love this bass

I like it too. It looks really fresh. Uncle Bob's music is in my neighborhood. They told me about someone who ditched someone else's very highest end bass (a very familiar name) to build what turned out to be a less expensive custom Alembic. I guess this could be the one. The buyer's comment to Susan about "entry level Alembic vs someone else's $8K custom" fits the story I heard. My humble opinion: There are other basses out there that deliver value, but this story says something important about Alembic. Neat bass, neat story.

This bass is a great example of understated cool. Ebony neck lams, two way tone (no - make that three way) adjustment capabilities. I'm very jealous except that my little hands won't let me do six string. Rodney is going to have some fun.
