(Off topic, too) Go for it, man! Congratulations on memberhood! (On topic) I've been reading the Club since last spring. Seems like there was some kind of discussion of an event/gathering, perhaps in CA. If I recall, it wasn't clear whether many would be able to make it. On the other hand, some of our cousins across the seas did actually meet up at one member's home to share experiences compare basses, etc. Sounded like a good time, pictures were posted somewhere around here. Maybe some of those who participated would be willing to comment. As for me, there's no doubt it would be good to meet some of you folks in person and get to see some spectacular instruments as well. Hey all, We could do it at my house if you don't mind dealing with a neurotic dog and some overly happy children. Although we could have it down in my basement. OR we could pick a night and meet at a club. The only problem with that is it's hard to talk. I think a private venue would be best.
