I happen to be lucky enough to live about 2 miles from Alembic. So I got to pick a piece of Maple myself. I really Had know Idea how it was going to turn out. I picked this bass body style because I love the wicked look it has to it, but is also very artistic and beautiful. I play a little Jazz, rock and Funk. But I also play a little Metal too. I think the look of the instrument will cross over to different Genres well.
