Hi Mica, thanks for the quick response..I like both examples for front and back..I'm assuming these were the most "flamed" pieces you have now in order to achieve the contrast I am looking for.I looked at "purple princess" and Like it but I'm starting to think that it may be a little to..if I may say..feminine...in purple heart..I'm so confused!! I love purple heart..I will have to give this some serious thought, but there is really no rush and what the hell, you already have my money!!! Ha Ha Ha..are you laughing yet? We should talk on the phone like we did in the past because you knowledge and insight helped me decide on my other Alembics what combo of woods to use..I will send Susan a little note also. I looked at "Hearts Desire" and FOR SURE want the 3/4 body and a LONG scale(34)neck instead of medium scale..as I told her my analogy..if you buy pants too short, your screwed and you won"t wear them..if they are a little long, you can always roll them up a bit and get to steppin!!Does that make sense? Case in point, I don't play my Stanley..too frickin short...you live and learn my love! Anyway, I could talk all night to you but for now I will have a purple heart dream and we shall see if coco bolo invades it and beats the crap out of the purple heart..can you believe I have NEVER once in my life taken drugs..I don't even drink..but the Alembic Company just may get me too start!!
