It's a little hard to see in photos yet, but the grain on the horns looks really cool and the large swirl on the body has a nice cluster of burl figure.

While I was gone, Bob sprayed darn near most of the finish, and Peter did the inlays and the fretting:

sweet!!!!!

With the finish, the wood looks even more amazing.

Wow, the coco bolo itself is great, but what really strikes me is how perfectly the neck laminate combination goes with it! Great choices.

Hi Michael,

the woods are: maple/purpleheart/maple veneer/vermillion/maple veneer/purpleheart/maple

That's standard on a Darling.
