From your last email I understand that you want the peghead arranged with a 2+3 pattern so the B+E strings will be on the left side and the A+D+G strings on the right side.

Please let me know if I understood your request.

Both of your examples are of 4-string basses, which have smaller pegheads than 5-strings. In this example you can see a 5-string smaller Crown peghead.
