I've got two slightly different versions of the inlay for your bass:  Each position has a different sized cross. The only difference here is one or two crosses at the 24th fret. I had toyed with the idea of three, but I thought it looked a little crowded. The cross shape enlarged:  I incised it a little more than your sample so that the same shape could be used at all positions, and still look like the 8-point cross even way down at the 24th fret. Please let me know if this design is what you had in mind and also if you prefer 1 or 2 crosses. |
