Lookin' great! The only thing that bothers me is the top of the peghead; I see this black line on the top...will that be there when you are finished? | ||

The black line would be part of the finished peghead, but I've asked Kris to reveneer it. I selected a new front veneer, so I'm sure you'll be happy with the new one. I can see how the one that was originally on there could be distracting. | ||

Yes, it has a purple heart accent and maple core. My first Alembic had a maple core and I liked it so I had Alembic do it again. | ||

I was shooting Coco Bolo Tribute bookmatches today, and got this before it was prepped for the next coat of spray:  It's still quite thirsty for paint and will probably be in the spray department under my uncle's care for about the next week to week and a half. | ||
