Jack, it's just a list of people who had added comments to this FTC. Just part of the Toma_Hawk's FTC days, weeks, months, and years as time passes by... I could always remember everybody.

D'oh!, this FTC has gotten so large, I knew I would make mistakes in accounting everybody.

Thank you for stepping up and correcting me.

Jack, I knew the list didn't look right without you included.

Please, if there's anyone I missed, let me know. Reading these threads, are very inspiring for me, and I am sure, for the next luck person who wants a FTC.

3D Computer art..."Catching the Toma_Hawk controls..."

I'd figure I'll try to provide some levels of entertainment, while waiting for the real thing.

Be careful, this is very hypnotic, so don't watch this too long :-)

BTW, the Toma_Hawk is still in the spray booth getting pretty.

Everything will be alright people!

No picture of the Toma_Hawk?

Life goes on...

It's Time for my famous Chocolate Chip cookies.

If your guys are interested in my wonderful recipe, you can have fun, and search for them under my old call sign Hendixclarke and find them...

I only shared this recipe here, and no place else...

I got to run, and get some butter.

Have a great weekend!

In preset with the controls drilled:
spray
That means it's still in spray, but it's more than halfway through the painting process.

With a fresh and beautiful thought, ((1) thought) could lead to a fresh and beautiful idea, ((1) idea) which then could lead to a beautiful concept ((1) concept) and (3) years later, you just might see something beautiful like this...

With each step, moves us closer toward understanding GOD's sound through this vessel, called: "The Toma_Hawk"

Great work!

As discussed with Mica, both pickups of The Toma_Hawk will be black, with the etched Alembic name.

I love the look of Alembic basses with them... It give a solid rock hard look.

This might come at good news for some, but this is my last rendition of computer archeology (assembling the missing link) of the Toma_Hawk bass.

I think the direction of this project is headed towards the project finish-line with the checkered flags waving proudly!

This has been very fun. I hope to see more wonderful and different shapes in the future from others, like you.

Thank you and happy Holidays!!!!

Note: The Toma_Hawk on the right, has simulated and computer drawn parts from the actual picture to the left.

I used a Panasonic DMC-LX3 on the cookie.

Surly the most advanced camera I'd ever owned so far... and it leaves nothing to the imagination.

"That's the philosophy of a great a great camera!"

As with all Alembics, they love the camera... Alembics were made for cameras.

Oh, I can't wait to use my camera on the Toma_Hawk. Taking photos of the Toma_Hawk will be such a joy for me to look forward to, because there are shots of this bass I had yet seen.

I want to see the back; a full body profile; a full body frontal; a full body Side; closeups on the Crown; a perspective with a person holding it; a caption with other Alembics next to it; nice back-drops to see it's colors and grains; live motion videos with embedded sound...

I might spend a whole weekend taking pictures with this great camera and the Great Toma_Hawk bass.

Wolf, you are a wonderful blessing.

Man, your ideas are made for this site. I look hugely forward reading your remarks, because I always learn something from you. Right on!

I am looking to concentrate on an acceptable design for the "Jester" Fret-less Series II bass. I may consider a sliding pickup... This makes complete sense to me.

If you can slide your fingers on a fretless, why not slide the pickups too?

I would love to see an Alembic project of this nature. Wow, this would be something I had never seen before. This project screams to come true.

Yeah, you have a beautiful mind my friend.

As for the Toma_Hawk... this bass is designed to take an ass woopin with "socket-in-the-pocket" pickups only!

Thanks Hal. I look forward to the completion of Toma_hawk as well. It looks like that will be quite soon . The Jester might well turn out to be another awesome innovative "tour de force" as well. What sublime fun it will be to see it come to life .

I predict you'll be smiling all the way to Santa Rosa when the day comes to pick up your new custom.

Haa haa!!!
Elwood, your statement had me cracking up!!!

Man, I almost fell out of my chair dude.

You know why... it's true, and you know it's true!!!

Altgrendel was also right. I couldn't believe it because I seen David's 12 string hit 225 over a 3 year build period.

My new song: "I found my Toma_Hawk, in Santa Rosa."
