Here is a quick mock-up of what a tiger inlay will look like on a standard Tribute:

body front
I threw in the tailpiece shape you liked from the Further and Beyond Featured Custom. I didn't put your electronics package in the photo, this pic is just for the inlay.

Here's the inlay alone:

inlay
We're proposing Macassar Ebony for the background. The tiger's body is to be copper with Ebony fill for the stripes. Abalone, Mother of Pearl, antique ivory and pink ivory (wood) are for the other accents.

Here's you actual guitar today:

There's enough finish on it to get the inlay started.

Check out the cool peghead inlay:

That's one piece abalone in the circle - the color zones match the alembic in the circle formed by the dragon. We've done one or two of these inlays with three different pieces in the circle, but this is the only one I know of that naturally gets a similar affect.

Heres's some shots of the inlay in progress:

parts
James has cut a few pieces out and the main body is getting cut in the above photo.

assembled
Here he's assembled some of the pieces on a carrier sheet for safekeeping. At this point there were still a few more pieces to cut out and fine tuning of the shapes is yet to come.

James has completed your inlay and as usual he did an outstanding job.

Now the cover plate is in spray with the guitar.

Your guitar was rubbed out on Friday morning, and started getting setup Friday afternoon. Here's a shot with the cover installed, and a peek at the jack plate for the Roland pickup:
