WAMMFEST in Santa Cruz - Sept. 5

Author Message lbpesq New Username: lbpesq Post Number: 5 Registered: 7-2004 Posted on Friday, September 03, 2004 - 12:02 pm:    I'll be using my recently acquired (we've been together one month now) '83 Electrum guitar at a gig for the first time at the 2nd annual WAMMFEST, a benefit for the WO/MEN'S ALLIANCE FOR MEDICAL MARIJUANA. This free admission event includes live music, food, games, hemp products, white elephant sale, crafts, medical cannabis info and a raffle. My band is "Stonetrout" and we go on at 11 a.m. (Yecchhhh - that means we have to load up at 8:00 a.m. on a Sunday morning to drive from Oakland to Santa Cruz. Oh, the sacrifices we make for Rock 'n Roll). If you're around, come on down. You bass types can see an actual Alembic guitar in the flesh (in the wood?). It's not just a myth, they really exist and they rule!!!!
