First CRYPTICAL gig of 2015 is coming up this week at the Sweetwater Music Hall in Mill Valley, CA. Once again we will be joined by Stu Allen on lead guitar. Still on the fence about whether I will be bringing my Series I. If I don't I will definitely be playing my Alembicized Modulus Quantum five-string. If any Bay Area club members stop by try to say hello...

7:00 door 8:00 show

Stu Allen: lead guitar, vocals
Barry Erde: rhythm guitar, vocals
Mitch Stein: keyboards, vocals

Stephen:

I'm going to try and make it to the show with a couple of friends. I'll be the big guy in the Alembic shirt.

Really enjoyed the show last night. The Alembic bass easily cut through the mix and sounded ... well ... like an Alembic! First time I've been to the new Sweetwater. Nice venue, I'll be back.

Thanks again for coming down last night, glad you enjoyed the show. It was nice meeting you and getting to chat a bit during the set break.

The new Sweetwater is definitely an excellent venue and the Meyer system there sounds great. We always bring our own sound crew, they make sure we are taken care of and everything sounds as good as possible. The only thing we have to do is play. Recording should be up on the live music archive in a week or so...

Hope you feel better soon! Whatever is going around this year is pretty nasty. Took me over a month to completely shake it.
