We had a great day in Edinburgh!! !00% great guys!! I actually was on my 87th pint when these huge people arrived. No timer Adriaan-----just good old Scottish hospitality. For us the problem with Scotland is the Lake District. As in, we spent a week there a few years ago, and we would want to repeat that before crossing the border into the bonny land of the malts. Not that I wouldn't mind a pint of whatever it was you were having there. The inn where we were staying near Coniston had Castle Eden on tap, which I really liked. Plus the 1996 World Cup was a good excuse to hang out with the locals. | ||

Great! In my next life I will be a Scotsman too! OTOH "Land of the Malts" is for me even more dangerous than Alembic Country on the West Coast.
