Oblivion Sun, a progressive rock band featuring members of Happy The Man and Iluvatar comes to Jammin' Java in Vienna, VA on Saturday, July 5th. Thank you both for the nice comments. We have a lot of fun in this band. We always close every show with an improv and our label has expressed an interest in releasing a live CD of just the improvs. For whomever might be curious...most of those tracks were recorded using my Elan 6 but there's also some fretless Spoiler on the record in addition to Thunderbird, Dean 10 and fretless 8 and Fender J bass overdubbed in. The CD is available at iTunes as well as most finer retailers. Prog on! |
