Opened up for Brian Simpson about a week ago. It was a sub gig for me but still pretty cool. For those of you who may not be familiar with Brian, he is a smooth jazz keyboardist who plays with Dave Coz and a few other Smooth Jazz acts. On the same bill was Paul "Shilts" Weimer from Down to the Bone. Anyway even though I don't play Alembic bases right now I turned a few heads when the dual Alembic F1X pre-amps were unleashed. For those who are interested I included a link to some photos. By the way I am the one playing the Lakland 5 string.
