We had a fine day at Bovi's Town Tavern,(Heartfelt thanks to all concerned at Bovi's). John has been doing sound work for many bands, theaters, and clubs since the '70's. These are a couple of pix of me and my Essence. I also have a couple of great pix of my old friend Ken C. with our 2 Series I's, my '76 and his'77. I got a lot of great comments on its place in the mix. John is much better. He just started a new sound gig in Pa. with a theater group, full time gig with health benefits. The backline and the sound were donated for the event. The stage is somewhat small for multiple acts. My regular set-up is a 2x10 Acme, Crown power and my trusty F-2B. I have to say that it sounded very good, GK gear has always had a good rep.
