Well, for better or worse, "Rhythm Graces" (aka "Surrender Dorothy") recent live set has been posted to Archive.org. My "pick to click" for the whole day was another band that appeared earlier, the Jeanna Salzer trio. Talented vocalist, great rhythm section too. |

Thanks for the kind words, Dave. That's Judy from Groovy Sparrow. I didn't even know she was joining us until I heard her flute in my monitors. We once played Bouree together (Jethro Tulls version) at an earlier incarnation of this festival in front of about 1500 people. Her on flute, me on my Series I, and a piano player. Very nerve-wracking, but very fun. |

Yup, that's me on the left, Dan Carney with the Tele, and Linda Bloszies (also of Jaded Traveler) on the right. Linda really belted it out for our cover of Grace Potter's "Treat me Right" The pic in my profile here is from that same show. I really like that pic because a) I didn't know it was being taken and b) it doesn't show anything except my hands, which were concentrating on other things (music! - the most important thing) The JigglesFest FaceBook page has links to most of the bands sets, and tons of pics BTW, this annual event is very open and democratic and if there's anyone here at the club that's interested in playing, LMK. There's a loose affiliation with Milwaukee and Marquette University, but the main point is to create free music for a day |
