At our most recent gig, me, our guitarplayer and our Bassplayer decided to pull all the stops and play a set of matching Zebra stipe fluff guitars.

And so my 1974 body/1989 neck hybrid Fender strat with kahler trem, an early eighties Hondo Strat copy and an eighties Squier Bullit bass (retrofitted with an aluminium plate, Schaller hardware and pickup and having receaved a headstock re-fit as done by yours truly) were all submitted to this treatment.

Our bassplayer is complaining about specks of fluff getting in her shirt but she doesn't complain about the sound of the bass.

Hey Blazer, how are you. Haven't heard from you in a while.
Looks like that Bullitt bass was retrofitted with a Ric neck as well as the aluminum plate.
Is that the one that you posted pictures of earlier? It's hard to tell with ZZebra outfit.

The guitar in the middle is the one I played at an earlier gig, I'm the one with the Kiss T-shirt playing the zebra guitar with the double locking whammy.

as for the bass, here's a picture of Mary our bassplayer with the Bullit in full view. The headstock of that bass was heavily damaged, so I had to make a new headstock for it but the remains of the original headstock were too short to make it a fender shape, so I went out and got my Rickenbacker headstock routing guide, applied rosewood and spruce vineer to hide the blemishes and this is the result.

People keep asking her where she got that bass from.
